Communicating with individuals during covid has pushed us to think about how we communicate through chaos. Our panel found ways to enable individuals to be enterprising- enabling them to take initiative in their lives, to try out new, unusual ways of achieving a greater goal. Photograph analysis, artificial intelligence, social enterprise, qualitative communication through community interaction and grassroots work -are some of the avenues this panel uses to demonstrate how different disciplines and forms of communication can facilitate change. Further, they also explore workplace dynamics, mechanisms of management, navigating structures of power and personal failure to only come forth with stronger ideas.
